FTT DAO: A HUMANITY CENTERED COMMUNITY-LED DAO

So guys, words about FTT DAO cannot be exhaustively spread considering its daily impact on our world. Probably, you may have heard and known very little about FTT DAO, I’m going to expand your knowledge, open your eyes wide and lead you into matchless opportunities obtainable in this Community.

FTT DAO is an independent, community-led DAO set up by friends, followers and fans of Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) to connect the global Community of FTX token (FTT). This is a non-profit Community that operates on the core value of Effective Altruism and giving back to the world.

What in the world should we live for?

I mean, what on earth should be our consuming pursuit, to the end that, when we grow old, we will look back to our youthful years and declare with confidence: we truly lived the best we could.

The best of life is to live and help others live. This is the whole essence of FTT DAO.

Now, there is a man, Sam Bankman-Fried who has all it takes to live a luxurious life, but his love for humanity wouldn’t let him do that.

Instead, he thrives in creating more wealth just to help humanity, and make the world a better place. "Big Sam" (as I fondly call him) founded the FTX Exchange platform in order to create more wealth, and donate 1% of his wealth to mitigate the effect of global climate change, support Crypto adoption/education, and help protect/ preserve endangered species.

Hence, FTT DAO: a strong community led DAO whose:

Vision

is to inspire crypto education through community and giving back.

• Doing things the right way to promote consumer and investor protection, a transparent and robust digital asset ecosystem, and preventing financial crimes.
• We want to bridge the current gap to help the world understand, learn and apply their crypto knowledge to do better and do good.

is to create an educational ecosystem supported by community-led projects.

This community-led DAO (FTT DAO), is made of sincere, passionate, altruistic, and talented individuals who call themselves BFFs, meaning: Bankman-Fried’s Friends, Followers and Fans. They run these visions and missions of giving back to the society and bringing positive impact to our world.

Let's talk about how BFFs carry out the above vision and mission.

Interestingly, BFFs who are the ‘human-face' of FTT DAO, make themselves available as foot soldiers of FTX, spread the word about FTX/FTT token, engage/drive global community-led initiatives, and host Blockchain adoption/Crypto educational events, both online and offline.

A perfect example

It happened on the 23rd day of July 2022, at the Conference Hall, Ibom E-Library, in the city of Uyo, Nigeria. Where BFFs held their first ever event in Africa fully sponsored by FTT DAO.

The event was a Crypto educational event tagged Blockchain Adoption, The Sam Bankman-Fried's vision. The conference Hall was packed full with attendees from and around the city of Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State Capital in Nigeria. It was an unforgettable experience for both newbies and OGs.

From the testimonies of the attendees, it was a great turning point experience for them.

Personally, I took part and served in the event as a volunteer. It was a great mental shift for me.

What I heard and saw marveled me and brought a great revival of passion for humanity into my heart. That was how I decided to apply to become a BFF. I tell you, the experience is still overwhelming, and we are thriving.

After the Uyo event which became an open door for FTT DAO to thrive, many events have been held by BFFs across Nigeria and other parts of Africa, all fully sponsored by FTT DAO.

This is the vision of a man, SBF who doesn’t think of himself, but for the betterment of people all over the world. This is the true definition of altruism and the love for humanity.
